We develop DiLer with the idea of open source software. Not only the knowledge, but also the learning tool must be available free of license fees. A learning platform must be open source because it processes confidential data. A learning platform must be adaptable and expandable to individual needs.
"Digitales Lernen unterwegs" (Digital learning on the go) is a project of the Conference of Ministers of Culture for children of occupationally travelling parents.
The aim of DigLu is to create a cross-border digital infrastructure for the education of children of occupationally travelling parents, which the concept "Digitales Lernen unterwegs" connects with the possibilities of the digital world and so takes it to a new level.
